Upon approval, your project page will be created on SignUpGenius and a link will be sent to you via email to distribute. All team members must register on SignUpGenius. Upon completion of these requirements, your name will be entered into a raffle for a $100 VISA gift card to be awarded at the end of the year.*

I will submit photos of my Impact Team completing our project while wearing the Degree of Honor Impact Team T-shirts. The photos will be sent to memberengagement@degreeofhonor.com.
I will submit the follow-up form and photos within one month of completing my project.

Requirements

Applicant must be a financial member of Degree of Honor prior to application, which means he/she is the primary insured on a life insurance certificate or on a spousal rider, or an annuitant. A minimum of 1 month’s lead time is required for this application. You must receive approval from Degree of Honor prior to completing your project. Upon approval of your project, you will receive a $150 funding card and 5 Impact Team t-shirts.*
